Submitting bug reports and feature requests¶
Submitting a bug report
Found a bug? Make sure to post as much useful information as you can concerning how you found the bug and ways to reproduce it. Please select the category you believe the bug falls under and we will take a look at the bug. We may need remote access (SSH) to your computer and we may contact you for this information. DO NOT put your remote access information in a bug report as it will be publicly viewable.
Submitting a feature request
We encourage everyone to submit new feature requests and comment on existing requests. The more comments we receive about a feature the greater the chance that feature will be added. With this in mind please provide as much information you can about the feature(s) you are requesting. Feel free to add multiple requests as separate features so each feature can be commented on individually. Please do not set the version number...let us decide what version to set for the target release of that feature. This also goes for assigning the feature to a certain person. Keep the assign to field blank.
Note: Please change the Tracker from 'Bugs' to 'Features' when adding a feature request.
