Description

We need a way to change from NTSC (default) to PAL. This will require an automated process to edit these four files:

bluecherrydvr-driver
OD-16480.xml
pb.xml
oc.xml

A web-based interface would be the easiest for customers. A command line or GUI interface could also work.
