The server will not accept remote connections upon restarting after a crash

Description
The software is setup to automatically restart the DVR Server after a crash. However once it's restarted remote clients are unable to connect to the listening port (3492 - and possibly other ports) until the bluecherrydvr-server is restarted. The server applications are running properly but it appears the application isn't rebinding to the port until it's manually restarted.

This appears to be fixed in the latest dvraux.so released to beta testers. Set for deployment in the next release.
