Description
Currently we build bluecherrydvr-modules for each new kernel revision. This causes delays for new releases and could cause serious issues for customers who accidentally upgrade without waiting for a new modules release.
DKMS appears to be a useful utility that would speed this process along and require less work in maintaining the modules packages.

Requires one minor change to make bluecherrydvr-server depend on it for proper upgrades. Also will change the version numbering to be specific to the driver, rather than the bluecherry release.
Likely will split this into a separate package to make updating easier.
