Remote client 'On Demand' backup connects and then closes

Description

Start the remote backup client.

Go to the On-Demand Backup tab
Select the DVR and Press Connect. Connects to server, 'Step 2' options light up.

Leave on default date and time. Event type set to 'All Events'

Check 'Camera 1' or 'All camera' (Note: should be 'All Cameras')

Click Preview.

After a few seconds delay, client pops up "The server has closed the connection".
