Description

I have a case where the location to mount a camera requires mounting the camera up side down. It appears that the software has no method for rotating video input to compensate for any camera position other then right side up. Adding an option for 90/180/260 degree rotation would be very useful.

Might not (easily) be available in the current code base. Set for version 2 with the possibility of moving it into a earlier release.

This easily can't be done from the server side since everything is streamed and saved as MPEG4 / H.264. There are two ways to do this, transcoding on the fly before it's saved (CPU intensive) or have the client interface flip the camera.

Note: The client side is the best way to do this, but the web (live view / recorded playback) will not flip it.
