Description

Randomly customers are receiving 'card not supported' messages during software start-up. There appears to be an issue with reading the eprom on the card during authentication. The software sits at this position and will not record until a user hits 'Ok' and the software restarts. /var/log/bluecherry.log will contain this:

### 2.0.9.11.25 [8channel] (Nov 25 2009 11:13:12) ###
--------------- intializing sdl -----------------
--------------- intializing gtk -----------------
No SDL_HWSURFACE
--------------- intializing board -----------------
ERROR IN EEPROM SECURITY (-1)

It appears to be a issue with the driver failing to read the eprom correctly (timing problem?).
